What information are we sharing with callers about YOUR agency?
Would you like to see what we have listed in our statewide database on YOUR agency? It’s easy! just click “Search for Answers”, enter your agency’s name in the search field at the bottom and hit enter. Check it out!

Is something listed about your agency wrong or outdated?
Not a problem! There are several ways to update your information:

• Easiest: Email crystalrenew2-1-1@gmail.com with any desired changes.

• Easier: Request a 5-minute or less webinar meeting to watch your changes made live.

• Easy: Complete the update form and return it to the address or fax number listed. You may also scan it in and email it to crystalrenew2-1-1@gmail.com if preferred.

• Slightly more involved: Create an account at sc2-1-1.org then make your desired changes there. If your account does not work, please create a new account.

You may update as often as you wish but must update at least once annually per our AIRS accreditation standards to remain in our statewide referable database. Once we review the information, we’ll make the requested changes and send you a confirmation email with the link included.

Are you a new agency interested in being included in our statewide database?
Welcome! Please review our Inclusion/Exclusion Policy to see if you are a good fit. Our database houses agencies that offer services that are free or offer reduced cost to the public at large. We try to focus on basic needs, like food pantries, health clinics, and bill assistance agencies, but also house things like summer camps, free legal aid, and free tax assistance.

While we provide 2-1-1 services statewide, we hold direct contracts with Aiken County, the United Way of Aiken County, and the United Way of Edgefield County.
