What We Believe:
• Each person should be treated equally with respect and dignity.
• Sometimes life is hard. Challenges and difficulties are a part of life
• Talking to someone who cared can be beneficial and help you cope during the difficult times.
• Trained, professional Call Specialists can be a helpful first resource for those seeking options through Information, Referral, Disasters and/or Crisis Intervention.
What We Offer:
• Trained, unbiased, respectful Call Specialists to talk with you about your concerns.
• Experience in Lethality of
• Relevant information during times of Disasters.
• Referrals to various non-profit agencies, services and resources in your community or state for continuing help and support.
• Crisis Intervention to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they don't know where to turn for help. Non-judgmental and trained staff can provide listening support and provide intervention.
• Caller confidentiality.
What We Are NOT
• Licensed Mental Health Therapists or Counselors. We are highly trained telephone professionals who are capable of conducting appropriate screenings and assessments to assist in times of crisis.
